A leading multimedia company have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join their Marketing team. Working on multiple digital projects of the business, but mainly to focus on optimising their YouTube channels and content creation.

This is an amazing opportunity to join an organisation that aims to champion the very best emerging and established talent within the arts and entertainment world, working across publishing, production, podcasts, e-commerce and more.

Main responsibilities -

  • Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Working across short form video channels such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Managing YouTube channels along with organisation of profiles, playlists, and up-keep.

  • Uploading videos for YouTube, writing copy, optimising descriptions, SEO, tagging.

  • Coordinating with their internal production and design teams to communicate and brief in the creation of assets.

  • Producing engaging content for platforms and as needed, scheduling posts using programmes like Hootsuite and Later.

  • Analytics and reporting: Using data-driven insights to direct strategic choice-making and societal advancement.

  • Working with the team to define targets and KPIs and Reporting into the Head of Marketing.

You must have -

  • Experience with social media platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.

  • 3+ year's experience within social media marketing.

  • Experience in YouTube Channel Management, uploading content and writing copy and optimising. Experience with Hootsuite, Later + Photoshop.

  • Strong project managing, multitasking and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent copywriting and proofing skills.

  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics.
