Calling all immediately available Sales Coordinators with excellent MS Excel skills and an eagle eye for detail and data. Major international record company have a 6 month role to start asap supporting their Commercial Account Management team in the supply of physical product to their retail partners. Duties will include:

  • Liaise with central commercial team to build best in class campaign strategies across UK partners for new releases
  • Provide and facilitate pricing for UK physical releases maximising margin target, collaborating with Commercial Affairs to establish fairly priced yet profitable margins for UK products
  • Forecast releases to determine initial order quantities - ensuring stock fulfilment & availability from across UK trade
  • Provide sales data and insight to Repertoire Development Team to help influence physical product mix
  • Communicate sales performance information to wider label with performance context
  • Ensure all available stock is present on artist owned and label stores and pricing is harmonised in anticipation of artist activity
  • Keep across commercial opportunities within artist calendars - seasonal & promotional - working closely with supply chain to ensure stock availability across artist catalogues.
  • Analyse campaign performances of priority releases and regular colour vinyl campaigns to identify overstocks and reduce future wastage

Skills/Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a commercial role ideally within Music or wider entertainment industry
  • Numerate with clear focus on high quality, attention to detail
  • Strong, clear communication & interpersonal skills, comfortable to interact with all levels of the business
  • Well organised with ability to plan and deliver to strict deadlines
  • Experience of working on own as well as part of a team
  • Display initiative, with a proactive, energetic approach to work
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Word, and comfortable with learning new systems
