Supply Chain Coordinator - 100% office based in Central London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established tech company within the creative industry!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing assets, spares and stock for both RMAs and global service centre distribution.
- Ownership of the goods in/out process ensuring all the assets are booked-in, labelled, stored, ready for collection and/or dispatched, whilst maintaining inventory records within the internal management system.
- Liaise with the Supply Chain team to ensure delivery lead times and stock fluctuations are kept to a minimum.
- Being the point of contact for invoices, and the secondary POC to the main suppliers.
- Ensuring the Special requirements are ordered and in stock.
- Provide assistance to other teams on an adhoc basis, such as Hardware Development team and the Sales Admin Team.
- Buying third party materials that make up the system (cameras, tracking equipment, switches, cables, etc.)
- Actively being involved in supplier's calls.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Procurement and Stock Management.
- Experience with using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong SAP and Excel, knowledge of vlookups and Pivot tables.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
