Fantastic new temp Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator role to start immediately. You will be working with a dedicated, fun and friendly team for this market leading music merchandise company based in Central London.

Relevant experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or Retail Head Office (Merch/Product Development) will be required. Duties to include

  • Liaising with vendors and freight partners to ensure timely production and shipping

  • Creating set up of products -item codes in Navision, barcodes, commodity codes and country of origin

  • Raise purchase orders in Navision and communicate PO to suppliers with key order + delivery information

  • Track and manage all open purchase orders and shipments - updating the Inbound Order Tracker on a daily basis

  • Requesting tracking numbers and packing lists from suppliers and sharing with the teams as needed.

  • Reconcile Packing lists against with delivered units and updating PO's in Navision

  • Able to dealand resolve with queries relating to orders, shipmentsfrom supplierand warehouse

  • Monitoring open orders and chasing suppliers for updates to ensure they are delivered within specified lead times. Updating the team if there are any delays.

  • Highlighting discrepancies between packing lists and booked in stock - working to resolve queries

  • Processing and Monitoring the tracker - dealing with any stock requests from the wider teams

  • Processing and Invoicing international territories for orders on regular basis

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role and a sound understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics

  • Key team player with strongorganisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in excel.

  • Ability to run multiple tasks with accuracy in a high-pressure, fast-paced agile environment

  • Experience of working with stock management and/or order management systems
