Incredible opportunity for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Support Analyst to join the Global Rights Operations Team within an established Music and Entertainment company.

Based in London offices, you will be responsible for monitoring rights data capture for upcoming projects and releases.

Key features will include:

  • Communicating and tracking gaps in rights data prioritised against release dates and other key prioritisation triggers.
  • Monitoring the rights support email account for issues and requests raised.
  • Manage triage issues, passing them on to the appropriate repertoire owner, log and track them through to completion with communication back to originator.
  • Raising issues with technical support team as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to pick up knowledge of new systems, processes and tasks quickly.
  • Experience using web-based applications.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs (or similar).
  • A customer focused approach to work with the ability to interact with all levels of the business.
