Handle Recruitment are proud to be working with a rapidly growing tech company who are looking to expand their team. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join them on 12 month contract basis due to an increased volume of roles.
Reporting in to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be working with internal stakeholders to support with permanent and contract recruitment across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from taking the brief from hiring managers to CV screening, interviews and follow up rejection/offer conversations.
- Enhance the employer brand through the continued use of social media, industry events, existing network and referrals
- Ensuring all candidates receive a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Working towards agreed recruitment KPIs and ensuring accurate maintenance of systems and reports
- Identify and support internal candidates through the recruitment process for internal positions
- Contribute to the delivery of the Talent Acquisition strategy for the business as a whole
- Support team projects, contributing and meeting deadlines of projects
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, have experience with project management and have previous agency experience.
