Brilliant new opportunity for a detail focused TA to join a Global Entertainment company on a temporary basis supporting their Global Ad Sales team.
Your top-notch attention to detail will provide invaluable support to the team while also being a friendly and professional key contact to all internal and external stakeholders.
Day to day duties will include:
- Organise and schedule meetings along with preparing meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, meeting minutes
- Diary management, including venue/restaurant booking
- Process and submit expenses
- Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation
- Internal and external correspondence with senior stakeholders (CMO / CEO level / internal exec level)
- File / document management
- Organise team events / conferences
Requirements:
- Proactive self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- A collaborative team player with willingness to learn.
- Previous experience as a PA/EA
This role will be a hybrid work schedule with 3 days based in their London office.
