Handle Recruitment is seeking a Tech Support Specialist to join a leading payments and tech brand.
*This is a 12 month contract to start ASAP, hybrid working 3 days a week in London office*
Assist the Technical Program Manager team with program implementation and providing issuer technical support, your responsibilities will include:
- Gaining deep technical know-how of the platform while working on industry leading use cases
- Develop a structured approach and technical expertise to address inquiries from financial institutions and industry partners, by utilising a variety of internal tools and guidance from senior team members.
- Continuous learning about new features, and/or processes to solve customer problems and/or help our team to scale even further.
- Effective communication with internal teams and partners in the payments ecosystem.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Basic knowledge of iOS app development & software development with swift or objective-c language.
- Technical background with programming skills.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
