Handle are working with a software engineering and digital product design consultancy specialising in helping start-ups/scale-ups, SME's and large enterprises grow their digital capabilities.
They are looking for someone to partner up with the current People Team and Talent Partner and assist in driving the recruiting process from end-to-end.
This is a new role, and you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment, for both permanent and contract staff. Alongside the Head of People and other members of the Leadership team, you'll set the recruitment strategy, and then implement it, working closely with their existing Talent Partner to make this happen in the most effective way possible.
Your role will incorporate ATS management, employer branding, EVP, recruitment events, recruitment process strategy and review, agency management, as well as direct sourcing and hands-on recruitment.
They want someone who is passionate to deliver a candidate experience that leads to proper insight on the company culture and what it's really like to work with them.
They are an ambitious organisation that is growing steadily and since the pandemic have scaled with 100% growth last year and on track to do the same this year!
They currently hire 10-12 Software Engineers every month and are looking to increase their perm hires.
You will be a strong Talent Manager within the Tech space and will be able to run a streamlined operation in building up a consistent talent pipeline of perm hires within the Tech space.
