Handle Recruitment is a candidate experience in outbound calling and working with databases to support B2B media and events organisation.

*This is a temporary position to begin ASAP for 4 weeks, hybrid working in Central London, afternoon/evening hours, pay rate £13.85ph*

Your responsibilities will include:

Outbound calls to US based clients on the database.
Building and growing relationships with these clients, ensuring you are always providing excellent service when responding to requests and queries.
Recording accurate information and contact details from the client and ensuring this data is kept safe and secure.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Availability to start immediately, and able to commit to working afternoon/evening shifts.
Flexibility to work from home and the central London office when needed.
Outbound calling experience in B2B.
Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
