Great opportunity to join our incredible media clients on a temporary basis in reception/studio coordinator positions. We have a number of clients requesting weekly cover and we're looking for candidates keen to temp longer term. To be successful you will need to have administrative/reception or customer service experience and be available to temp for the next 6 months on an ad-hoc basis.
Temp duties will include:
Reception based admin- answering phones, emails, booking meeting rooms and welcoming guests
Admin duties will vary hugely depending on the area of the business
To be successful:
You need to be an adaptable person with excellent communication skills
The ability to pick up new systems quickly and work independently
