Music Industry specialist practice are looking to recruit a Senior Accountant to join our continuously expanding and dynamic London team. They will be required to manage a portfolio of clients and supervise a team of assisting accountants and bookkeepers.
- Manage a portfolio of around 25-30 clients within the music industry
- Artist and performers accounts
- Leadership of Junior Accountants and bookkeepers
- Preparation of statutory accounts and year end accounts
- Attend client meetings
- Prepare personal tax returns for clients
- VAT and general and ad-hoc projects
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) with a number of years' experience in a client facing environment.
An in-depth knowledge and experience of the music and entertainment business is essential, as is the ability to work with a close team of colleagues within the team.
