Are you a proactive HR Coordinator who thrives working in a fast paced creative environment? Have you worked in a standalone/small HR function before?

Handle are working with a leading Creative Agency who are looking for an adaptive HR Coordinator to support the Head of HR in the day to day running of the HR function. This is a very hands-on role that will in time be the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries ensuring that the function runs professionally and smoothly.

HR at this Creative Agency is a newly formed stand-alone function, therefore this role is newly created to support the Head of HR and is an exciting and stimulating opportunity to design and deliver everything from scratch, as there are very few processes or policies in place.

As HR Coordinator this role is all about supporting the Head of HR through this period of rapid change. It is critical that the HR Coordinator is happy with detail, will actively contribute to new initiatives and can take on areas of responsibility when required.

  • You will need at least 1-2 years HR experience, if you have worked within a smaller team/function where you have had more exposure to general admin is a bonus!
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident working manually and has an eye for detail when it comes to data input - they will be implementing a HRIS so you will need to upload data onto this
  • Flexible/Growth mind-set - someone who is excited by change and keen to give ideas and initiatives

If this sounds like the role for you, apply now!

Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone. If you have not heard from us within 5 working days of sending your CV then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for the position you have applied for.
