Handle HR are pleased to be partnered with a Sports organisation to recruit a part time (3 days a week) interim HR Manager for a period of 3 months (with the potential to go permanent).
As a HR Manager you must demonstrate full employee Lifecyle experience and knowledge. As an interim you will report into the Head of HR and support with a range of HR related tasks including employee relations, and upskilling line managers. You will also be required to partner with the Head of Talent to support with high volume recruitment campaigns and support with a massive Talent and Diversity project the HR team is currently managing. This is a great opportunity for an allrounder who has a specific interest in HR Projects. It is also a great opportunity for you if you enjoy working autonomously and within an ambiguous environment.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
- Full employee lifecycle knowledge and experience
- Experiencing managing employee relations
- Experience with Diversity and Inclusion projects
- Experience supporting hiring managers with recruitment.
This is a part time role where you will be required to start ASAP, there is also an opportunity for this role to turn into a permanent role so if you are looking for long-term part-time work, this role may be perfect for you.
