Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line support Analyst - Retail / Ecommerce
We currently have a temporary service desk analyst role available for a high profile Ecommerce company. This will be a 12 month FTC, will be working within a small and talented team of technicians.
Essential:
- Experience working within a fast paced environment
- Exposure to ITIL principles
- Commercial work logging incidents in a ITSM tool
- Motivated
Role:
- Managing in-house support system & providing 1st line support - updating, handling requests
- Liaising with technical support technician to resolve hardware requests & incidents (desk moves, hardware upgrades)
- Creating strong relationships with service management and service desk teams for efficient service
