Without good candidates Handle can't provide the best talent to our clients. We are continually exploring ways to expand our network and we know that great candidates like you can introduce us to other equally brilliant people.
For every candidate you refer and we subsequently place, we will give you £200 of John Lewis or Liberty vouchers (£100 for temporary positions, see Ts & Cs). It's that simple!

Terms and Conditions

  • One person can refer multiple people and receive multiple vouchers if they are placed according to the terms below.

  • Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Handle has been in contact with the referred candidate at any time 12 months prior to the referral being made.

  • Referrals must be placed within 12 months of referral.

  • Where more than one person introduces the candidate, we will operate a first come first served policy.

  • Permanent candidate placements will result in £200 of John Lewis or Liberty vouchers for the referee on the completion of 3 months employment.

  • Temporary and Contract candidate placements will result in £100 of John Lewis or Liberty vouchers for the referee on the completion of 6 weeks employment/ temping by the referred candidate.

  • The ‘Refer-a-Friend’ scheme does not apply to vacancies with all of Handle’s clients. Please ensure you check whether your referral is valid prior to making your submission.

  • It is your responsibility to notify the candidate and have their consent to share their details before submission.

  • In the event of any disputed rewards, Handle's decision will be final.
