2. How your data will be used
  • Responses will be combined and analysed to produce research, insights, and thought-leadership content about workplace wellbeing.

  • Findings may be shared publicly in reports, articles, or events — but only in aggregated form. Individual responses will never be published or attributed.

  • Neither Handle Recruitment nor Betterspace will use your survey responses for marketing, sales, or recruitment purposes.

3. Data storage and retention
  • Survey responses are collected and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection law.

  • Data will only be retained for as long as necessary to complete this research and produce anonymised findings. Once this is complete, raw response data will be deleted.

4. Anonymity and confidentiality
  • Because we do not collect identifying information, your responses cannot be traced back to you.

  • Any quotes used in reports or presentations will be anonymised so that individuals or organisations cannot be identified.

5. Your rights
  • Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we may hold about you.

  • As this survey does not capture personally identifiable data, we cannot link responses back to individuals. However, if you have questions or concerns, please contact us.
