We are delighted to announce that Handle Recruitment has come 48th in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for 2018.
We have also been awarded the highest 3-star Best Companies accreditation status which demonstrated that Handle is an exceptional place to work with outstanding levels of employee engagement.
This is particularly important for us as this list is voted for by our employees who anonymously scored metrics such as leadership, work/life balance, personal growth, wellbeing and the relationship between management and staff.
Achieving 48th place is an accomplishment that we are really proud of and coming in our 40th anniversary year, it is reassuring that as we have evolved and developed our business over the years, we have managed to maintain our unique company culture and values.
This is the first year we’ve entered the b-Heard survey, which leads to being listed as one of The Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For. Responses show we are providing very strong leadership and very supportive management. All respondents felt that their managers genuinely cared about them as individuals and their job satisfaction whilst 93% felt truly inspired by the leadership of the organisation.
Employees particularly value the variety of career path options available. And it’s great to learn that Handle is scoring particularly highly on our CSR – giving something back - as a result of us supporting young disadvantaged people into early careers in the creative industries.
