Your journey in recruitment can follow two paths: management and super-billing.

What does a recruiter’s career framework look like?

At Handle, we offer a transparent career framework which means you will know what you need to be doing to progress at every step of the way.

Starting as a resourcer, you will be supporting our senior consultants, sourcing great candidates to help them fill their clients’ roles.

Some people enjoy the candidate process and become experts at this level, but you may choose to progress into a full consultant role, where you will work not only with candidates, but will also be accountable for forging strong client partnerships.

If you’re interested in taking a management route, you’ll be developing more junior recruiters as you progress. As a super-biller, on the other hand, you’ll work as an individual, focusing on securing high revenue and building a larger client network. This means that you’ll be building your own ‘desk’, as we call it.

Throughout your career your progress will be determined by your results and achievements. Your path to Director will be at your own pace, having demonstrated success in building up a large network of talent and clients, from start-ups to industry leaders.
