We're looking for a talented Midweight Video Editor to join a fast-growing international sports organisation.This is an incredible opportunity to create engaging content for a globally recognised sports brand, working across social-first content, YouTube, broadcast features, paid media, event content, brand campaigns, and commercial partnerships. You'll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced creative team where strong storytelling, creativity, and high-quality content is key.You'll own projects from brief through to final delivery, working across everything from short-form social content and reels, to long-form documentaries, promotional films and broadcast assets.Key Responsibilities:Editing short & long-form content for social media, YouTube, digital marketing, broadcast, and live eventsCrafting engaging stories through strong pacing, narrative structure, and sound designCreating platform-specific edits across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channelsProducing motion graphics, captions, and graphics using existing templatesRepurposing content across multiple formats, aspect ratios and audiencesWorking closely with producers, designers, and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality contentCreating sizzle reels, promotional videos, B-roll packages, and branded content for partners and commercial campaignsTesting creative approaches and using performance insights to help optimise contentKey Requirements: Around 4 + years' experience editing video content within a fast-paced agency, production company, sports, media, or brand environmentAn outstanding showreel demonstrating social-first content, YouTube, branded content and campaign editingAdvanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After EffectsExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience working within sport, entertainment, or consumer brands would be highly advantageousPlease note:This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the London officeApplicants must already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not availableCandidates must include a showreel / portfolio link on their application Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
