Handle are working on an exciting Account Director role for a marketing, creative and media agency, who work within culture and entertainment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for theatre and entertainment, with extensive experience working within the arts or entertainment industry. You will have excellent experience leading the full 360 marketing mix on campaigns for clients within West End Theatre, Live Entertainment and Cultural/Arts Events.

Main Responsibilities -

  • Develop clear objectives for clients, ensuring client aims are fully understood and communicated in achievable plans by all members of the team.
  • Understand the dynamic of a 360 media mix and present digital first rationale without the support of a digital AD.
  • Translate Briefs into action, monitor progress throughout the agency, and ensure delivery of desired results.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client and working relationships.
  • Contribute to the agency's commercial and business objectives.
  • Deliver on the strategy and account management department objectives that reflect commercial business goals and make the best use of team skills.
  • Share responsibility with other Account Directors to promote and raise the profile of the agency with clients and business prospects.

You will have -

  • Previous experience working in theatre or live entertainment, with a huge passion for the industry.
  • Experience contributing to commercial and business objectives.
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Confidence with making solid recommendations.
  • Experience finding ways to promote creative solutions to service client needs.
