Calling all immediately available Account Executives with a passion for media and a knack for fostering exceptional customer relationships! A global entertainment studio is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Account Executive to bolster their international Ad Sales/Partnerships team. This position, based in Central London, will collaborate with various internal departments and external clients/agencies to deliver seamless service.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and monitoring all relevant deals in the order management system
- Developing a deep understanding of our products and capabilities to tailor solutions for advertisers
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external entities to ensure accurate maintenance of advertiser schedules
- Supporting and strengthening agency relationships by overseeing requests and ensuring commercial spots are booked according to guidelines
- Scheduling commercials, coordinating client brand allocations, reconciling account discrepancies, sending flowcharts, and issuing change notices to clients
- Ensuring deal stewardship through meticulous monitoring of delivery
- Providing recap packages to clients as needed and available
- Cultivating a strong working relationship with Commercial Operations to ensure a timely and precise order process
The successful candidate will have relevant Media related experience either agency or client side. You will be a natural relationship builder and have an eagle eye for detail whilst working to tight deadlines in a constantly evolving commercial environment.
