Calling all immediately available C-Suite Exec Assistants who have prior experience working within the sports industry. Hugely successful sports marketing agency have an urgent need for a dedicated and detail focused EA with excellent communication and relationship building skills. This role will provide crucial support to the CEO and wider team and will require the highest level of discretion and confidentiality dealing with high-profile clients and stakeholders. Day to day duties will include:

Extensive and detailed diary management with constantly changing priorities
Travel, Event and meeting organisation including itinerary and logistics coordination
Expense processing
Ad-hoc support with personal/lifestyle duties
