Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring fantastic service delivery across a growing portfolio of partners.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire client journey, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and identify growth opportunities through strategic entertainment marketing programs,

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership teams, ensuring program success and client satisfaction.

  • Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial performance of client accounts, including budget management, invoicing, and margin performance.

  • Program Execution: Lead strategic planning, execution, and reporting of client campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and exceeded.

  • Business Development: Support deal negotiations and assist in growing business opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution across strategy, creative, media planning, and experiential marketing.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in brand management, client service, media, or entertainment.

  • Must have experience in delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of multichannel campaign execution and consumer insights.

  • Experience working with recognised global brands is preferred.

  • Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, organised working style.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments.
