Handle Recruitment is recruiting for global tech brand for a Program Coordinator, playing a key role in supporting the delivery of sales training programmes.

*This is a 12 month contract to start in January 2026, hybrid working in London and day rate equivalent of £50k - £53k.*

Your role will involve:

Supporting the deployment and execution of existing sales training programmes across multiple markets
Reviewing adoption and compliance reports, raising issues and identifying areas for improvement
Coordinating meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and track progress on key projects
Maintaining and improving training materials, decks, and communication channels
Working closely with internal teams and partners to optimise processes and support virtual training events

To be successful in this role you will have:

Proven experience in project or programme management, managing multiple priorities
Excellent organisational and coordination skills to engage multiple stakeholders across regions and departments
The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
Proficiency with learning management systems, Keynote, Excel, and other relevant tools
Familiarity with matrix and multi-language environments.
Experience in retail or training industries is a nice to have
