In this role you will:
- Take ownership of and develop a defined market vertical, generating new business from high-profile brands and sponsorship agencies.
- Manage the full sales process, from prospecting through negotiation and signing, ensuring tailored solutions for each client.
- Build and maintain a robust prospect bank, segmenting and enriching records to drive engagement.
- Analyse market insights and emerging trends to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver bespoke media propositions and optimise campaign impact.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- B2B sales experience in sponsorship, media, or marketing solutions for the sports sector, with a proven record of closing complex deals.
- A data-driven approach, comfortable managing pipelines and utilising dashboards or analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of sports sponsorship dynamics, audience metrics, and ROI drivers.
- Confident negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport at senior levels.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sports and business.
