Currently working with a leading global organisation, seeking an Art Buying Co-ordinator to support their fast-paced Art Buying team for an initial 3 month contract.
This is a fantastic learning opportunity for an individual early in their career, with a clear passion for Art / Design. Supporting the designers managing 50+ live projects at a time, this role will provide invaluable exposure & insight into the innerworkings of a high-functioning creative team.
The ideal candidate must have solid organisational and design skills, accompanied with initiative and a can-do attitude that appreciates no task is too small!
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and refining Keynote presentations to ensure brand alignment, consistency and visual polish
- Maintaining and updating a comprehensive project status tracker across all live work
- Conducting artist research and maintaining an internal database of illustrators, motion designers and emerging visual talent
- Sourcing live work for internal newsletters
- Managing and updating Art Buying Hub resources and templates
- Identifying recurring process inefficiencies and recommending improvements
- Assisting with any admin / adhoc tasks as required by the art buying team
Key Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence using Photoshop and Keynote
- An interest in contemporary design trends, illustration, and animation
- Clear and confident communication skills
