We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Administrator to support the Bursary Scheme and national Centres network within a leading educational charity at the heart of the UK television industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to develop operational, systems and stakeholder management skills while supporting emerging talent across the UK.
Please note, this role is office based Mon-Thurs in central London and WFH on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
Centres
Support 14 regional Centres with event records and awards systems
Assist with meetings, Council coordination and minute-taking
Provide portal/CMS troubleshooting support
Build strong relationships with regional volunteers and stakeholders
Bursaries
Manage scholar communications and inbox enquiries
Support annual application and interview processes
Process payments and expenses with Finance
Coordinate travel, events and outreach activity
Maintain CRM/database accuracy
About You
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communicator
Systems-minded and confident using Microsoft Office and databases
Proactive, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
Willing to travel occasionally across the UK
