An exciting opportunity has opened for a Promotional Artwork Coordinator to join a global digital content team supporting creative production for the App Store. This role is central to managing the flow of promotional artwork and ensuring high-quality content is delivered efficiently and on schedule.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in structured environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is comfortable handling high volumes of creative assets. Must also be an expert in Photoshop.

This role is based in London and will require 3 days in the officee, and 2 WFH. (this is not a remote position and the time in the office is essential so candidates must be able to travel into London for work.

This will initially be a 12 month contract starting asap


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of developer-submitted promotional assets, from initial request and intake through review, approval, delivery, and archiving

  • Oversee the organisation and tracking of hundreds of creative assets each month

  • Partner closely with Design, Editorial, Production, Business Affairs, and other international teams

  • Coordinate across multiple regions and time zones to ensure smooth execution

  • Contribute to workflow optimisation and support ongoing improvements to tools and processes

  • Verify that assets meet required technical specifications and quality standards


Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience coordinating large volumes of digital or creative assets within structured workflows

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with global stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving deadlines

  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive in communication

  • Working knowledge of design terminology and digital asset requirements

  • Proficiency with platforms and tools such as Airtable, Box, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

  • A strong interest in technology, mobile apps, and digital content ecosystems

  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
