We are currently working with a global consumer products & entertainment business, seeking a Coordinator to join their EMEA Marketing & Communications team on a 6-month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who is passionate about storytelling, PR campaigns, influencer engagement, and brand building across multiple markets and franchises.

As Comms Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the EMEA Comms function, helping to plan, execute and report on impactful PR campaigns, events, and activation's. You'll be hands-on with day-to-day press office activity, influencer relations, internal communications, and media monitoring, while also contributing creatively to campaign planning and brainstorming.

This is not an entry level role, so candidates must have previous experience, ideally within a PR agency or similar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building, managing and maintaining media and influencer databases
  • Identifying and vetting new influencer opportunities
  • Drafting and distributing press materials (media alerts, pitches, invitations, comms slips)
  • Developing strong relationships with trade, consumer, and business media
  • Supporting the coordination of press events, product launches and influencer activations
  • Managing agencies, suppliers and media monitoring partners
  • Sourcing product samples, creative packaging and managing logistics
  • Creating news stories for internal newsletters, intranet and LinkedIn
  • Communicating regularly with EMEA markets, sharing updates and best practices
  • Supporting internal engagement initiatives around campaigns and product launches
  • Supporting approval processes for licensee PR materials
  • Tracking campaign performance and compiling reports for senior stakeholders
  • Maintaining PR calendars, budgets and timelines

Key Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in PR, communications, marketing or a related field
  • Previous PR or communications experience, either agency-side or in-house
  • Strong understanding of press office functions, influencer marketing and social media
  • Confident communicator with a creative eye and strong attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter with a collaborative, team-first mindset
