We are on the hunt for a Bookkeeper to join growing consultancy business based in the heart of London, dealing with creative individuals on a daily basis. Within this business they offer tailor made service for each individual, striving for nothing but excellence and success, by acting with integrity, reliability and determination.

This role offers a lot of client facing opportunity, so a successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication along with great organisation and time management.

This a permanent role offering hybrid working with 2 days a week in office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing agent commission statements and solving queries

  • Analysing cashbooks

  • Approve and process credit card expenses

  • Reconcile company bank accounts

  • Manage payroll and pension contributions

  • Prepare VAT submissions

  • Dealing directly with clients, banks and agents.

  • Maintenance of financial records within the internal systems ensuring all is accurate.

  • Ensure timely payment of all incoming invoices, issuing receipts where necessary.

  • Chase all unpaid sums due

SKILLS:

  • Sage and Xero experience essential

  • Good excel skills

  • Good administration and organisational skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills and be client facing when required

  • Good time management skills

  • Experience working in entertainment is beneficial but not essential

  • Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously
