We are on the hunt for a Bookkeeper to join growing consultancy business based in the heart of London, dealing with creative individuals on a daily basis. This role offers a lot of client facing opportunity, so a successful candidate should demonstrate excellent communication along with great organisation and time management.
This a permanent role offering hybrid working with 2 days a week in office.
Managing agent commission statements and solving queries
Approve and process credit card expenses
Reconcile company bank accounts
Manage payroll and pension contributions
Prepare VAT submissions
Dealing directly with clients, banks and agents.
Maintenance of financial records within the internal systems ensuring all is accurate.
Ensure timely payment of all incoming invoices, issuing receipts where necessary.
Chase all unpaid sums due
Sage and Xero experience essential
Good excel skills
Good administration and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills and be client facing when required
Good time management skills
Experience working in entertainment is beneficial but not essential
Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously
