About the Role
We are looking for a Business & Data Analyst to support our clients Business Development, Marketing, and Media Sales teams in driving growth across digital media, content platforms, and advertising solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial strategy, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that support new business opportunities, product development, and marketing performance.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Content, and Technology teams to enable data-driven decision making and help identify new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Business Analytics
Analyse audience, content, and campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities
Support proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives with data-driven insights
Build financial models and ROI analyses for new products and partnerships
Media & Marketing Performance
Monitor advertising performance (CPM, engagement, conversions)
Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness
Support audience segmentation and data-driven marketing insights
Product & Data Strategy
Analyse user behaviour and engagement across digital platforms
Work with product teams to define KPIs and analytics frameworks
Identify opportunities for new data-driven products and revenue streams
Data Engineering & Automation
Build analysis tools and automated reporting using Python
Integrate and analyse data from multiple sources and APIs
Support development of scalable data pipelines and workflows
Skills & Experience
Experience
3-6 years' experience in data analytics, business analysis, or consulting
Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Technical Skills
Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, data visualisation)
Experience with SQL and data modelling
Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Experience with data pipelines, automation, or ETL processes
Additional Skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
Understanding of digital media, advertising metrics, or marketing analytics
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into commercial insights
