We are partnering with a high-profile global agency seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join their team at an exciting stage of transformation and growth. This role offers the chance to lead a strategic programme focused on process and workflow optimisation across the operations teams, embedding new ways of working and driving efficiency across the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for a change leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of delivering cross-functional change initiatives, particularly within large-scale marketing, production, or agency settings.
This is an initial 9 month contract and will be partly office based in central London.
Candidates must have worked in an agency or production setting previously.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end business change programme, from initial planning through to implementation and ongoing optimisation.
Recruit, manage, and develop a small change delivery team (including trainer, process documenter, and UAT lead).
Engage freelancers or contractors for specialist tasks as required.
Redesign and document workflows and processes across four operational teams.
Oversee the integration and adoption of tools and platforms (e.g., Monday.com, WordBee, Ziflow).
Coordinate training delivery and drive user adoption strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all change initiatives across the business.
Provide regular progress updates to the CTO and executive team.
Lead a rolling programme of continuous improvement post-launch.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in business change, transformation, or process improvement.
Previous experience in a reputable agency environment (marketing or production).
Hands-on knowledge of change methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter.
Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional teams.
Experience coordinating UAT and leading training programmes.
