Handle Recruitment is seeking a Business Development/Sales Executive ready to take the next step in their career for a leader in Financial Security and Insurance events.
Working across two brands within the EMEA division you'll be part of a dedicated and collaborative team passionate about delivering commercially successful events that meet the needs of your customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively and strategically sourcing and securing new business revenue in agreed territory whilst managing and growing existing accounts
- Developing a comprehensive sales plan that exceeds your monthly, quarterly and annual sales target
- Seeking, driving and maximising sponsorship partnership opportunities
- Forecasting effectively - weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Evaluating customer needs and relating solutions to them, feedback on customer insights
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in B2B sales in events, sponsorship or advertising
- A track record of hitting/exceeding targets
- Demonstrable success in securing new business
