We are looking for a Business Development Manager to sell information services & delegate passes to companies in the for-profit health care services sector across Europe.

They analyse the global for-profit health care market and brings together the community of health care services operators, suppliers, investors and advisers. They provide their members who consist of hospitals, laboratories and elderly care up-to-date reporting on market news, in-depth analysis of the deals that matter, interviews to illuminate new business models and insightful infographics.

Salary -£30,000-£40,000 DOE

Location - North London

Hours - 9am-5.30pm, Hybrid 1-2 days in the office

Duties of this role will include:

  • Selling information services to for-profit healthcare sector across Eurpoe
  • Produce reports, collate data and news for healthcare operators, investors, advisers and suppliers
  • Promotion and sales of delegate passes for major healthcare sector events
  • Prospecting and targeting new companies
  • Following up warm leads, and booking meetings
  • Targeting 5-10 leads per week
  • Selling is all about relationships, build trust by demonstrating your expertise
  • Have the knowledge and understanding of how to bring value to their business

Key Skills:

  • Ideally 2-3 years B2B sales experience in a new business role or hybrid role focussed on new sales
  • Previous experience in B2B business information sales is essential
  • Experience of delegate/event sales, useful but not essential
  • Consultative selling experience
