Handle are partnering with this international creative organisation who are seeking an interim CPO to join them, ideally by early December at latest. A privately owned organisation which is steeped in heritage but constantly evolving and a progressive, global leader in its field - the role is joining them at an exciting time of continued global growth and expansion for this business of around 600 employees. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced, strategic and commercially astute HR Leader looking for a their next contract role, someone who ideally has worked in similar cover roles.
Working closely with the CEO and operating at board level, you'll head up an existing team of 6 who are currently based in London and the US, but set to expand further over the contract period. As a key part of the leadership team, you'll make connections and develop trust across the team quickly and with ease, playing a vital strategic role in this highly relationship driven business culture.
A broad generalist remit, you'll deliver on some key strategic project work including upcoming acquisitions and developing a strategy to support the international growth plans. You'll be operating strategically, but it's a small team with lots going on so you'll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves where required.
Ideal candidates will come with….
- Prior experience leading a team in an international environment
- Commercial and progressive approach to people strategy
- Experience within creative, arts or luxury environments
- Strategic player, but someone who is happy to delve into the detail where needed
- Highly relationship driven and used to working in close partnership with leaders
You'll be available to start before Christmas (at very latest early January 2022) The HQ for this organisation is based in central London with flexibility/ hybrid working. Open to full time or 4 days and competitive salary/ package offered.
