Commercial Finance Analyst - FMCG - London
I am looking to speak to any Part Qualified Finance Analyst looking for a new commercially focused finance role based in London. This is a permanent role sitting within a medium sized finance team and will be responsible for the production of commercial reporting, and the PO/Invoice process.
This role would suit a candidate who is currently working towards a professional qualification with some analysis experience. This would be an exciting new challenge offering the chance to grow with the company and continue widening your finance skill set.
Key responsibilities:
- Production of weekly KPI report for Senior leadership team
- Completion of commercial Month End process & reconciliation
- Management of accruals & prepayments on Commercial Balance sheet
- Production of monthly Sales actuals & forecast reporting
- Custodian of Sales PO & Invoice matching process and identification of releases on completion
- Price Checks on UK invoicing and follow up of anomalies with Sales team
- Development and maintenance of Sales forecasting model
- Develop insightful Commercial reporting suite for business partners
- Maintain & manage models for Commercial annual budget
- Ad Hoc Business partnering support & analysis for Commercial teams
Key skills:
- Currently working towards an CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification
- Previous experience working part of a Finance team with ideally some analytical experience
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive, curious nature
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Solid MS Excel skills
- Team player
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A-level or equivalent vocational qualification desirable
- Degree in finance/numerical based subject desirable
