In this role you will:
* Collaborate with global teams to develop and pitch innovative content ideas aligned with the organisation's programming strategy.
* Support the entire commissioning process, from concept and budgeting through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Assist in managing production partnerships, providing editorial guidance and maintaining high standards across projects.
* Contribute to multiplatform and marketing strategies that maximise audience engagement and franchise potential.
* Learn and grow into a senior commissioning role by gaining hands-on experience in content development and project management.

To be successful, you will need:
* At least 4-5 years of experience in unscripted production, development, or commissioning, with a strong background in factual programming.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with external production partners and internal stakeholders.
