We're looking for a Content Integrity Coordinator to join the content review team of a well-known Music Distribution company in London.

If you're someone with a sharp eye for detail, a love for music and you know your way around metadata and copyright, this could be a great fit.

You'll be reviewing audio, video and written content to make sure it meets the standards for platforms like Spotify and in particular Apple Music checking style guidelines across Metadata, Assets, branding and Content and Credits have been met.

What you'll do:

  • Metadata: Make sure essential details such as track titles, artist names, album names, and credits are formatted accurately and consistently.
  • Assets: Outline the required standards for audio and video quality and format, including specifications for artwork, lossless audio, and Spatial Audio.
  • Content and credits: Define guidelines for handling different scenarios, such as ensuring complete and accurate credits, correctly classifying content as clean or explicit, and managing the use of sampled audio.
  • Branding: Follow detailed instructions on the correct use of the DSP's branding.
  • Issue management: Identify and report any problems to internal teams.
    Process documentation: Assist in documenting workflows and support ongoing process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

What we're after:

  • Experience in content operations or a similar role within music
  • Experience using Apple Style Guide - must have
  • Good knowledge of music metadata and digital distribution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Super organised and strong detail-oriented
  • A good ear and eye for spotting issues in audio and video content - extra credit if you know your way around indie or niche genres
  • Basic understanding of copyright and the current music scene
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus (EMEA)
  • Experience with tools like iTunes Connect, YouTube CMS, VEVO, or Spotify backend is a bonus

This position is a 6 month temporary role to start asap paying £30,000 annually (DOE). As this role is to start ASAP you need to be immediately available.
