This is a great opportunity to step into a key role supporting a renowned entertainment organisation. You'll oversee a variety of creative projects for their advertising team, managing multiple assets, streamlining workflows, and working closely with both internal teams and external agencies to deliver standout content for streaming platforms.

It is essential that candidates have previous experience of working on brand partnership campaigns and co-branded sponsored content.

Please note - this is an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend, primarily office-based in London. Remote candidates cannot be considered.

Key Responsibilities:.

  • Pitching creative ideas internally and externally and responding to briefs with creative concepts
  • Refine and manage workflows, timelines, and budgets to keep projects on track and maximise efficiency.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, creative agencies, production partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the production of creative assets for sponsorships and partnerships, including idents, trailers, social content, and custom branded projects
  • Ensure all creative output meets high standards of quality, with proper brand, legal, and compliance checks.
  • Support the development of compelling content showcases, such as case studies, sales collateral, and reels, to highlight the team's work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing the production of SVOD, digital, and social media assets.
  • Significant experience working on partnerships and sponsorship projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and clients.
  • A creative mindset combined with a good understanding of the media and entertainment sector.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with programs like Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Airtable, Vimeo, plus experience managing budgets, would be a plus.
