A leading global technology company is seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Content Production Specialist to join its Digital Content Management Production team. This is a hands-on, content-focused role where your work will directly impact the online shopping experience for millions of customers worldwide.

This role is London-based, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office. Candidates must be able to work in London and able to start a short notice.

If you have an excellent eye for detail, thrive on delivering pixel-perfect content, and enjoy managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, this role offers both challenge and impact.

As a Content Production Specialist, you will manage and publish product and marketing content across multiple online platforms and apps. You'll ensure content is accurate, visually flawless, and consistent, helping create a seamless shopping experience for customers.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement content updates and promotions, including processing HTML/CSS handoffs to ensure content displays correctly across platforms. While you won't be writing code from scratch, you will need to adjust and troubleshoot code snippets as part of the content publishing process.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-obsessed, and passionate about pixel-perfect content, while being comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and publish product pages, marketing campaigns, and merchandising content across multiple platforms

  • Ensure pixel-perfect execution of content, maintaining accuracy across languages, regions, and customer segments

  • Apply HTML/CSS edits to ensure content displays correctly in internal systems

  • Validate and QA all content before publishing to ensure the highest visual and editorial standards

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, marketing initiatives, and daily updates

  • Create and maintain documentation and provide guidance to junior team members

  • Identify opportunities to improve content production workflows and processes

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital content management, or production operations

  • Comfortable working with HTML/CSS to implement content updates (no development required)

  • Experience with content management systems and publishing workflows

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on pixel-perfect execution

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment

  • Foreign language skills are a plus
