We are working with a global entertainment company, seeking an Creative Assistant to join their studio team for an inital 6 month contract. This is a very admin heavy role and we are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a fast paced creative environment with an excellent eye for detail.
The emphasis will be on project managing and delivering content for a variety of platforms as well as assisting with the production of digital product media, from coordinating photoshoots and reviewing vendor imagery, to uploading final assets for launch across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with media agencies to manage product and lifestyle photography
- Performing QA and retouching of vendor-submitted images and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Managing the upload, coding, and publishing of media across tools like AEM, Scene7, Kaltura, Box, and SharePoint
- Collaborating cross-functionally with buyers, marketing teams, and global counterparts to meet production timelines
- Owning media operations for EMEA, coordinating samples and managing timelines
- Supporting the management of sensitive and embargoed product media in EMEA
Key Skills:
- Experience of working in an administrative / coordinator role, or a similar creative environment
- Knowledge of photography, Photoshop, video, and digital asset management systems
- Comfortable working with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, AEM, Scene7, SharePoint, Creative Force, and Box
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple timelines and collaborating with global teams
