About the Role
We're helping them find a Creative Director, Interactive Design who can jump in and help lead standout digital work. You'll concept, design, and guide interactive experiences, especially around big product moments, and collaborate closely with a Creative Director while still owning a lot of creative space yourself.

Candidates will ideally be at CD or GCD level and have led a team of designers.

This is a hybrid role: 3 days in the Central London office, 2 days working from home. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

What You'll Do

  • Shape and drive the visual direction for digital projects

  • Check in regularly with senior creative leadership to keep alignment tight and the work sharp

  • Lead art direction from early ideas all the way through launch

  • Create fresh, on-brand designs and interactive experiences

  • Team up with writers, UX, developers, and technologists to crack big ideas

  • Present your work clearly and confidently, explaining the "why" behind your decisions

  • Communicate smoothly with creatives, product teams, and partners

  • Mentor designers and art direct photographers/illustrators when needed

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of visual/interactive design experience (ideally agency or top-tier brand background) experience of working with premium / luxury brands would be ideal

  • A sharp eye for detail and modular design
  • A portfolio packed with brave, polished, digital-first work - please show examples of work with premium / luxury brands where possible

  • Ability to sketch, comp, prototype, and render your ideas in multiple formats

  • A collaborative vibe that brings out the best in the team

  • A fast, detail-loving creative pace that keeps the work elevated

Education

  • BA/BFA in Graphic Design or a related field preferred
