We are working with a global entertainment brand, seeking an experienced Creative Operations Supervisor to join their team on an initial 6 month contract basis. This role sits in the heart of their EMEA creative & marketing function; with the purpose of ensuring flawless operational delivery of creative campaigns and assets across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting creative & marketing teams by managing work flows, streamlining operations, and ensuring assets are delivered on time and to specification. If you're a highly organised Operations Supervisor / Project Manager with a strong background in media or entertainment, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for global campaigns, this role could be for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing creative briefs, project timelines, and approval work flows
  • Reviewing briefs to ensure all necessary and accurate information is included
  • Leading regional & global project meetings - capturing key actions / next steps, and providing clear project updates
  • Tracking / communicating progress of all work-in-progress projects, and managing quality control across all stages of creative delivery
  • Ensuring creative teams and external partners have the information and assets they require
  • Gathering and efficiently organising campaign information from multiple internal sources
  • Supporting cross-market creative planning and streamline approvals

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years experience in a creative operations, production, or marketing operations role within the media, entertainment, or agency sectors
  • Proven experience at a supervisor or lead level, ideally within a multi-market or international environment
  • Strong working knowledge of creative work flows, production processes, and localisation
  • Comfortable managing complex schedules and competing deadlines
  • Experience working with external creative agencies and managing executive-level stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of various media formats including digital, video, print, and broadcast
