Handle are working with a leading provider of design and manufacturing services in the UK's vibrant music and entertainment industry. The division caters to our diverse non-music clients. They're actively seeking an adept Creative Production Manager to collaborate with their production, design, sales, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of print, packaging, and merchandise projects, with direct reporting to the Head of Creative Production.
- Solicit and manage price quotations from printers/factories in the UK, Europe, and Asia, then compile and deliver quotes to clients.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop project specifications and support the sales team in securing deals.
- Engage with the design and graphics team in refining specifications and developing client briefs.
- Support sales and marketing by providing updates on ongoing projects and delivering finished products to their photographer for marketing purposes, including social media posts.
- Coordinate promotional mailouts in conjunction with the Head of Creative Production and the design team, while also maintaining client contact information.
- Process purchase orders, job confirmations, and invoicing through our database.
- Assess print production files and assist clients with file submissions.
- Request and provide material samples for potential packaging and merchandise projects.
- Develop comprehensive specifications based on client briefs for final production. Maintain schedules, request quotes, and uphold product quality by collaborating with printers and approved factories to meet client expectations.
- Conduct quality control assessments of final products and initial samples.
- Arrange shipping and logistics as required.
