Candidates will build up exceptional knowledge and understanding of the creative communications industry. They will gain unmatched exposure to the top creative work currently being produced while working in a high pressured environment. It is an exciting and challenging experience, which requires a greater level of commitment and dedication than most temporary roles.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

THE ROLE

Candidates for the position will directly support the Judging and Database Executive and act as a first point of contact for all related entry issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Matching company entries to our database
  • Creating new companies on our database when necessary
  • Initial check that Entrant Companies into the festival adhere to our rules and criteria
  • Dealing with customer queries when necessary
  • Meticulous quality control of company matching prior to on-site judging
  • Brand-tagging campaigns
  • Other ad hoc duties during the festival

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in using large databases
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive and all of its applications
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to compose professional and articulate emails, with a confident and helpful telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Target driven and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility and capacity to undertake varied ad hoc tasks
  • Ability to take direction working within a team
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload accordingly
  • An existing knowledge of the industry is preferable
