Handle Recruitment is seeking someone with strong analytic, Excel and project management skills to join a global leader in consumer tech, in a role to enhance consumer experience in stores across the EMEIA region. This will be a 12 month contract to begin asap, pay rate £18ph + holiday pay.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Revise incoming program briefs and ensure they have been business approved in the system and meet brand requirements
- Coordinate survey and install deliverables with official Vendors.
- Project manage deliverables with Local Teams, Marcom & Vendors within set SLAs.
- Create reporting linked to quality and efficiencies in briefing, survey and install to support deployment strategy Deployment Process & Data management
- Maintain SFO data integrity across Programs
- Provide support in innovation of deployment processes, bringing efficiencies to overall execution and timelines
- Support Deployment Manager in building ad hoc presentations and communication tools to drive qualitative scalability across the organisation Deployment Reporting
- Coordinate ad hoc deployment reporting at Deployment Manager request to drive qualitative scalability across the organisation Key Relationships
- Project Manage store fixture installation with chosen agencies and Local Teams (timing, compliance, quality control) - Ensure on-time delivery and installation of all assets to guarantee successful Program deployment
- Track site installation development and execution in alignment with Program needs
- Coordinate Merchandising needs for deployed programs with POS Ops Merchandising Leads and Local Teams.
- Maintain all project management reporting tools for POS Deployment activities
- Report weekly on Deployment deliverables and traction within the Countries managed
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail
- Exceptionally strong Excel and Keynote skills
- Strong project management and written/verbal communication skills
- Commitment to deadlines
- Degree in business, marketing or management
