Executive Assistant & Office Manager - Music

Handle have partnered with a dynamic and innovative independent music and entertainment company based in London who represent a diverse roster includes artists, songwriters, producers, and animators, to source an experienced and passionate EA/Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the two Founders.
  • Manage daily schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee office management duties: maintain office supplies, manage mail and deliveries, ensure cleanliness, and interface with building management.
  • Coordinate and plan internal and external events, ensuring they reflect the company's brand and values.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, assisting with board packs.
  • Assist with technical challenges related to computer systems, emails, and networks.
  • Act as a liaison between the Founders and artists, management, and external partners.
  • Perform administrative duties with high confidentiality and discretion.
  • Assist in project management and execution as directed by the Founders.
  • Support HR tasks, including onboarding, intern recruitment, arranging interviews, and updating organizational policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Experience in office management and event coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
