We are looking for an experienced EA to join a Talent Agency on a temporary basis, providing support to the Senior Counsel and Lead Counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a legal team or a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and appointments for Senior Counsel and Lead Counsel.
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Conduct preliminary legal research and gather relevant information for ongoing cases.
Organise and maintain case files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.
Handle communication with clients, including scheduling calls, meetings, and relaying messages.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings.
Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for Senior Counsel and Lead Counsel.
Manage and track billing, invoicing, and expense reports for legal services and associated activities.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive legal matters and client information.
Communicate and coordinate with external legal teams, courts, and other stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and preparing presentations.
Key Requirements:
Must be proactive, able to use initiative in ambiguous situations
Must have experience with Microsoft Suite - Teams, Outlook etc. and ideally have worked on Mac and Windows
Positive can-do attitude
Must be resilient and used to a busy, fast-paced environment
This is a temporary position for 3-6 months.
