Our well known Media client is seeking an experienced Assistant to support two Senior Executive Directiors on a 6-12 month temporary contract. The successful candidate will need to be a masterful problem-solver and a highly organised individual who is competent in providing complex diary management and ever- changing travel planning. Additionally, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the company ecosystem. This is a hybrid role and will require 2 to 3 days of your working week on-site, in Central London.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives.
- Extensive calendar management.
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of offsite and onsite events.
- Provide organisational support for all offsite meetings
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 4+ years' experience providing complex calendar management, travel, and expense reports for multiple executives.
- Experience prioritising multiple projects.
- Previous experience working for a Global Media Agency.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite.
